Bikram Yoga is a demanding 26 pose (asana) series.
Bikram Yoga is an intense workout, challenging for both beginners and experienced yoga participants. The room is heated to 42 degrees celsius / 105 degrees fahrenheit during a 90 min. class. If you want to improve your stamina, increase your muscle tone and lose weight/inches, Bikram Yoga is for you. This is not a meditative class, be prepared to sweat and work hard!
All Bikram classes are suitable for beginners but new students must arrive at least 15 min. prior to their first class. (No reservation necessary)
